# Unhooked vs Digital Fasting

The clearest difference is update cadence: Digital Fasting at daily against Unhooked's every 3 months. Unhooked's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Unhooked sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Digital Fasting sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Unhooked ships an update every 3 months, Digital Fasting daily. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
