Get to know your hand dimensions with camera-guided measurement. Measure hand length, explore finger lengths and spans with Lifetime Advanced, and compare estimated foot and shoe sizes. Take an optional play break with hand-tracking activities and Finger Treadmill. HAND MEASUREMENT Place one open hand in view and follow the camera guidance. See your estimated hand length, hold steady for automatic capture, or freeze the view to inspect your result. Hand-length measurement is included without an upgrade. CHOOSE YOUR MEASUREMENT METHOD Supported back cameras can use ARKit or LiDAR depth. Front cameras and cameras without supported depth use a hand-length reference that you measure and confirm. Unconfirmed measurements are clearly labeled as previews. DETAILED HAND RESULTS An optional one-time Lifetime Advanced purchase unlocks individual finger lengths, thumb-to-index and thumb-to-pinky spans, knuckle width, and shareable hand and foot reports. Choose inches or centimeters. Use visual measurement guides to see what each result represents. FOOT AND SHOE SIZING Measure both feet with supported AR camera tools or enter ruler measurements manually. Supported devices prioritize LiDAR depth for assisted foot capture. Compare foot length and width, then explore estimated US/Canada men's and women's, UK, EU, and JP shoe sizes. The app uses the longer confirmed foot for final fit details. Always compare estimates with the manufacturer's sizing chart. TAKE A PLAY BREAK Finger Treadmill: walk your fingers on the screen in Open Run. Switch between feet and meters, view run graphs, and save your history. Lifetime Advanced adds Woodway mode and stored programs. Lifetime Advanced also includes these camera-based activities: • Hand Gym: follow eight guided activities, with movement counting and clear instructions. • Thumb Pinky Switch: alternate thumb and pinky poses on both hands, with live fingertip feedback. • Hand Play: match 10 finger poses with guidance for finger positions and palm direction. • Shape Gate: form a pose and align your hand with an approaching opening. • Rep Rush: complete full repetitions of Open Palm & Fist, Thumb Raise & Fold, or Finger Spread & Together. • PalmPair: explore coordinated movement with both hands. Palm Compass is also available to explore hand orientation. PRIVACY Camera images are processed on your device and are not saved or uploaded. IMPORTANT TO KNOW Measurements and shoe sizes are estimates, not precision instruments, medical measurements, or professional fitting advice. Results depend on calibration, lighting, camera position, hand placement, and device capabilities. Check with a physical ruler when precision matters. AR foot measurement requires a compatible device. Automatic depth-assisted foot-point placement requires supported LiDAR hardware. Manual foot measurements remain available. Hand activities recognize visible finger and palm positions. They do not assess health, mobility, strength, or dexterity. Keep movements comfortable and never force a pose.
