# SaltAndScript vs Custard MKE

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SaltAndScript at none against Custard MKE's 1. Custard MKE's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Custard MKE sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. SaltAndScript asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SaltAndScript against 5.0 for Custard MKE. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Custard MKE has 20 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
