# NUL vs MagiShot

The clearest difference is update cadence: MagiShot at every 4 days against NUL's fortnightly. MagiShot also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NUL sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and MagiShot sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NUL ships an update fortnightly, MagiShot every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
