# Progressive Growth Tracker vs AmpHIIT

The clearest difference is device support: Progressive Growth Tracker at 3 against AmpHIIT's 1. Progressive Growth Tracker also leads on iOS requirement (15.2 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Progressive Growth Tracker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and AmpHIIT sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
