# MindType vs Peli

The clearest difference is update cadence: Peli at every 4 days against MindType's monthly. Peli also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindType sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Peli sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindType ships an update monthly, Peli every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
