# MindType vs InnerType Personality Test

The clearest difference is update cadence: InnerType Personality Test at every 2 weeks against MindType's monthly. InnerType Personality Test also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindType sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and InnerType Personality Test sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindType ships an update monthly, InnerType Personality Test every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
