# SubTasks vs AnsGift

The clearest difference is ads: SubTasks at none against AnsGift's shown. AnsGift's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SubTasks sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and AnsGift sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SubTasks ships an update every 9 days, AnsGift weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
