# LostInNotes vs Limelight

The clearest difference is update cadence: Limelight at every 2 days against LostInNotes's every 2 weeks. LostInNotes's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LostInNotes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $10.00 per month and Limelight sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LostInNotes ships an update every 2 weeks, Limelight every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
