The clearest difference is monetization model: Ghost Detector EMF Scanner at free with in-app purchases against SpiritTrace's subscription. Ghost Detector EMF Scanner also leads on ratings volume (12 vs 1). SpiritTrace's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ghost Detector EMF Scanner sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and SpiritTrace sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
