# NexTurn vs Mahj On

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mahj On at every 2 days against NexTurn's weekly. NexTurn's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NexTurn sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mahj On sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for NexTurn against 5.0 for Mahj On. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NexTurn has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NexTurn ships an update weekly, Mahj On every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
