# CorOptima vs Løft

The clearest difference is update cadence: Løft at every 4 days against CorOptima's every 2 months. CorOptima's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CorOptima ships an update every 2 months, Løft every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
