# CertPrep vs Cert Made Easy

The clearest difference is update cadence: CertPrep at every 10 days against Cert Made Easy's monthly. Cert Made Easy's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CertPrep sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Cert Made Easy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CertPrep ships an update every 10 days, Cert Made Easy monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
