# Decoded vs Covennt

The clearest difference is update cadence: Covennt at every 3 days against Decoded's every 3 weeks. Covennt also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Decoded sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Covennt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Decoded ships an update every 3 weeks, Covennt every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
