# Perc8 vs Rithmatic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Perc8 at 100% against Rithmatic's 50%. Rithmatic's advantage is price (Free vs $6.99) and rating (4.0 vs 3.3). On ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Rithmatic is free to download; Perc8 costs $6.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rithmatic holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Perc8's written reviews are positive against 50% of Rithmatic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
