# Fit Flexed vs CaloNet

The clearest difference is update cadence: CaloNet at every 3 days against Fit Flexed's every 3 weeks. Fit Flexed's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fit Flexed sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and CaloNet sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
