# DecisionLoop vs Lifelog Smart Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lifelog Smart Tracker at every 2 weeks against DecisionLoop's every 8 months. DecisionLoop's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DecisionLoop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Lifelog Smart Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DecisionLoop ships an update every 8 months, Lifelog Smart Tracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
