# OFFSwitch vs Quit Drinking

The clearest difference is update cadence: OFFSwitch at every 5 days against Quit Drinking's every 5 weeks. OFFSwitch also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OFFSwitch sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Quit Drinking sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
