# ChatZima vs NotchBud

The clearest difference is ads: NotchBud at none against ChatZima's shown. ChatZima's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChatZima sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $10.00 per month and NotchBud sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ChatZima ships an update daily, NotchBud every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
