# Intentional vs LockHour Pro

The clearest difference is update cadence: LockHour Pro at every 3 days against Intentional's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intentional sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and LockHour Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Intentional ships an update every 2 weeks, LockHour Pro every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
