# PDFiles vs MeetMic

The clearest difference is update cadence: MeetMic at every 3 days against PDFiles's every 2 weeks. MeetMic also leads on device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDFiles sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MeetMic sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PDFiles ships an update every 2 weeks, MeetMic every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
