# BrainFree vs Rest

The clearest difference is ads: Rest at none against BrainFree's shown. Rest also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BrainFree sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Rest sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
