# Nomu vs ArcFast

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nomu at every 5 days against ArcFast's every 6 weeks. Nomu also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (95 vs 1). ArcFast's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nomu sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and ArcFast sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ArcFast holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nomu has 95 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Nomu ships an update every 5 days, ArcFast every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
