# Nomu vs EasyFasting

The clearest difference is monetization model: Nomu at free against EasyFasting's freemium. Nomu also leads on ratings volume (95 vs 5) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). EasyFasting's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nomu sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and EasyFasting sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Nomu against 4.8 for EasyFasting. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nomu has 95 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of Nomu's written reviews are positive against 100% of EasyFasting's.

Nomu ships an update every 5 days, EasyFasting weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
