# BitePad vs Noxy

The clearest difference is monetization model: BitePad at freemium against Noxy's subscription. BitePad also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BitePad sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Noxy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for BitePad against 5.0 for Noxy. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 1 respectively.

BitePad ships an update every 5 days, Noxy every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
