# CIPP Hub vs Cloud Practitioner Prep

The clearest difference is update cadence: CIPP Hub at every 4 days against Cloud Practitioner Prep's every 5 weeks. Cloud Practitioner Prep's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.3). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CIPP Hub sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per month and Cloud Practitioner Prep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CIPP Hub ships an update every 4 days, Cloud Practitioner Prep every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 13, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
