# Quickmind vs Notez

The clearest difference is ads: Notez at none against Quickmind's shown. Quickmind's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (61 vs 7). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quickmind sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Notez sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Quickmind against 4.7 for Notez. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quickmind has 61 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Quickmind ships an update every 6 days, Notez every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
