# Quitzr vs Day Counter

The clearest difference is update cadence: Day Counter at weekly against Quitzr's every 4 months. Quitzr's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quitzr sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Day Counter sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quitzr ships an update every 4 months, Day Counter weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
