# Fitzap vs Sonare

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fitzap at every 5 days against Sonare's every 6 weeks. Fitzap also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitzap sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Sonare sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Fitzap against 5.0 for Sonare. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fitzap has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Fitzap ships an update every 5 days, Sonare every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
