# Wallpex vs Ex Remover

The clearest difference is ads: Ex Remover at none against Wallpex's shown. Ex Remover also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wallpex sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Ex Remover sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wallpex ships an update every 3 months, Ex Remover every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
