# Timely vs Tidu

The clearest difference is ads: Timely at none against Tidu's shown. Tidu's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timely sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Tidu sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timely ships an update every 4 days, Tidu every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
