# AddFive vs Trainiq Pro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Trainiq Pro at every 4 days against AddFive's every 8 days. Trainiq Pro also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AddFive sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Trainiq Pro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AddFive ships an update every 8 days, Trainiq Pro every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
