# ProgAI vs STAG Training

The clearest difference is update cadence: STAG Training at every 4 days against ProgAI's fortnightly. STAG Training also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProgAI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and STAG Training sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProgAI ships an update fortnightly, STAG Training every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
