# Curiosity vs PrepFast

The clearest difference is update cadence: Curiosity at every 2 weeks against PrepFast's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Curiosity sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and PrepFast sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Curiosity ships an update every 2 weeks, PrepFast every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
