# Tambr vs Rishi Reader

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tambr at every 2 days against Rishi Reader's every 5 days. Tambr also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.4). Rishi Reader's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tambr sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Rishi Reader sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
