# ClefMastery vs FareGate

The clearest difference is device support: ClefMastery at 4 against FareGate's 1. ClefMastery also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ClefMastery sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and FareGate sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ClefMastery ships an update every 5 days, FareGate every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
