# CoFasting 16 vs Better Fasting

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Better Fasting at 16.1 against CoFasting 16's 26.2. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CoFasting 16 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 3 months and Better Fasting sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
