# Countrol vs SoberFlow

The clearest difference is update cadence: Countrol at weekly against SoberFlow's fortnightly. SoberFlow's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countrol sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and SoberFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countrol ships an update weekly, SoberFlow fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
