# Flowmodoro Flow Timer vs Ping.it

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flowmodoro Flow Timer at every 2 weeks against Ping.it's every 2 months. Flowmodoro Flow Timer also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flowmodoro Flow Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Ping.it sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
