# TipsyTracker vs Sober

The clearest difference is ads: TipsyTracker at none against Sober's shown. TipsyTracker also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Sober's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TipsyTracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sober sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TipsyTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sober has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
