# Fremover vs TV

The clearest difference is ads: TV at none against Fremover's shown. TV also leads on iOS requirement (10.3 vs 17.0). Fremover's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 20 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fremover ships an update monthly, TV every 20 months. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
