# Lamb vs Scroll Scripture

The clearest difference is ads: Lamb at none against Scroll Scripture's shown. Lamb also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 60%). Scroll Scripture's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 101). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lamb sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Scroll Scripture sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Lamb against 4.8 for Scroll Scripture. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scroll Scripture has 1.1K ratings behind it against 101, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 80% of Lamb's written reviews are positive against 60% of Scroll Scripture's.

Lamb ships an update every 3 weeks, Scroll Scripture every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
