# SuppTracker vs CardioWatch Pro

The clearest difference is update cadence: CardioWatch Pro at every 6 days against SuppTracker's fortnightly. CardioWatch Pro also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SuppTracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and CardioWatch Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SuppTracker ships an update fortnightly, CardioWatch Pro every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
