# Tether vs Nourish

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nourish at weekly against Tether's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tether sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Nourish sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tether ships an update every 2 months, Nourish weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
