# Lettuce vs DutyLock

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lettuce at every 5 days against DutyLock's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lettuce sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and DutyLock sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lettuce ships an update every 5 days, DutyLock fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
