# Office Word vs AI Notebook

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AI Notebook at 100% against Office Word's 27%. AI Notebook also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Office Word's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 2) and chart position (#60 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Office Word sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and AI Notebook sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI Notebook holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Office Word has 1.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 27% of Office Word's written reviews are positive against 100% of AI Notebook's.
