# Intervals vs Total Time Meet

The clearest difference is update cadence: Intervals at every 2 weeks against Total Time Meet's every 6 weeks. Intervals also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intervals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Total Time Meet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Intervals ships an update every 2 weeks, Total Time Meet every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
