# Grow vs Forma

The clearest difference is update cadence: Forma at every 4 days against Grow's monthly. Grow's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Grow sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Forma sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Grow ships an update monthly, Forma every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
