# Ancher vs NeoDrop

The clearest difference is ads: Ancher at none against NeoDrop's shown. NeoDrop's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ancher sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and NeoDrop sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ancher ships an update fortnightly, NeoDrop weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
