# Herbal Tracker Journal vs PureWaves

The clearest difference is update cadence: PureWaves at every 10 days against Herbal Tracker Journal's every 3 weeks. PureWaves also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
